Attorney Michael G. Hollins, Sr.
Attorney Michael Hollins is a native of Flint, Michigan and a product of the Flint Community Schools. Michael attended Mott Community College, the University of Michigan-Flint and later received his undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix. Michael graduated with a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and went directly to work in private practice. Prior to law school, Michael worked in the private sector as a Property Manager. As a property manager, Michael gained valuable experience negotiating, problem solving and working through confrontational issues with emotionally charged individuals. Michael brings this experience to his private practice which focuses on Family Law & Criminal Defense.
Michael will take the time to understand each client’s unique situation and specific needs, research the facts and the law and advise clients on all of their options. Michael will discuss whether certain evidence can be suppressed, the dynamics of negotiating an acceptable plea deal, and the potential risks and rewards of taking your case to a jury trial. Michael represents clients in criminal prosecutions at the city and state levels. Michael's experience with the law and strategic mindset make him the right advocate to have on your side.
